"Life isn't perfect, but your makeup can be."

I'm a naturalista who never really got into the world of makeup, faux lashes, fake nails, or extensions; but no shame to the woman who lives for it...you're still a queen!! But let the record state, Mrs. Brieanna Jackson of 'Brie LeShay Artistry' is here for the face beat, okay?! As an art lover, I'm going to give credit where credit is due, and I truly believe that all of our creations are art - makeup included. I admire the glow and confidence each client leaves with. Mrs. Jackson (I typed that in my Janet Jackson voice) is professional, patient, and truly aims to please each client that sits in her chair.

If you aren't in the St. Louis area and can't make an appointment, be sure to support her by checking out her new lip gloss line that launched just this last week at the end of January. The full collection can be found here. But if you are in the area, you can book a session for date night, a photoshoot, your birthday, or just because uase, here. Appointment times range from 20 minutes-60 minutes with prices ranging from $30-$90. One-on-One Brow and Makeup Classes are also available.

Who loves to get lost in a good book?

In the business for almost 16 years, Ms. Christian Cashelle is the CEO and Founder of DIP Books-an independent publishing company offering amazing novels, editing services, business branding and self-publishing support. Breaking glass ceilings as an 8x published author, 2011 Traffic Music Awards winner for Best Author, and African-Americans on the Move Book Club nominee, Ms. Cashelle is truly creating a name for herself in the artistic world of writing (writing should be the sixth love language in my opinion)!

Never taking the spotlight for herself, DIP Books also features fiction, nonfiction, and romance novels by three additional African-American female authors.

Be sure to check out all that DIP Books has to offer. Novels can be ordered, or downloaded, by visiting their website, here
